Terms & Conditions - Warranty

Camsec provides a limited hardware warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period varies from 12 & 18 months to 36 months for different product lines. The warranty includes defects in design, workmanship, and material under normal use. Defective products under the warranty period will be repaired or replaced at Camsec’s discretion.

As a CUSTOMER, you agree and confirm the following Terms & Conditions:
  • The warranty will be provided for 12 months or 36 months, depending on the product. Please verify the actual warranty period for the said product with the sales representative at the time of sale.
  • Camsec works in 3 various Department Hole sales Retails Installation All Terms Different
  • The warranty is a back-to-bench warranty provided by the nearest Camsec service center. Logistics costs or insurance costs involved in to FRO movement of the product from the service center are in the customer’s scope.
  • Warranty can be availed only against Repair Material provided by a Camsec service center. An original purchase invoice or Warranty Card must be provided at the time of service for the validity of the warranty.
  • Camsec reserves the right to decline warranty service.
  • Installation customer Calls Support with no complaints then the Engineer visits the address within 48HRS Working Period For solution.
  • The warranty shall not cover any damages resulting from un-authorized adaptations or adjustments to the product or opening the product enclosure for service by un-authorized personnel.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused to the product due to improper installation by the customer and/or connection of the product to equipment not approved by Camsec and deficiency in product performance due to signal reception through third-party apparatus/equipment or the use of third-party software.
  • The warranty shall not apply to damages caused to the product by accident, lightening, ingress of water, fire or Acts of God, improper ventilation, excessive power surge, dropping or excessive shock, or any external cause beyond the control of Camsec and/or any damage caused due to tampering of the product by an unauthorized agent.
  • Camsec reserves the right to replace the defective part with an equivalent and/or reconditioned part.

  1. In the event of a non-delivery occurring on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address), any extra cost incurred by Camsec for redelivery shall be claimed.
  2. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true, Camsec has the right, in its sole discretion to reject the registration and ban you from using our services
  3. You are transacting through Online Payment service providers to process payment at your sole risk.
  4. Before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description and understand/accept that Camsec is not liable for work beyond the described scope, product features, electric fluctuations, 3rd party hardware (including PC, Mac, mobile devices, tablets, networking, etc.), software, apps, operating systems, Internet, wireless (Wi-Fi) connection limitations.
  5. That agrees with the below terms and conditions:

REGISTRATION PROCESS: By contacting us you agree to receive emails, phone calls, and SMS from Camsec.

PRODUCT INFORMATION: Camsec encourages customers to see the product before purchase. Customers are sent product information (images, datasheets) in advance. The colors of our products that appear on the Website/product datasheets/ manuals will be displayed as accurately as possible.

PAYMENT: Full payment must be processed to Camsec before dispatch or installation. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to you with a cheque. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever. In case of cancellation of orders for supply and installation of Camsec products labor/delivery charges/payment service providers fees/ fitting materials cost will be deducted. In case of cancelation of orders for Camsec services (which were paid in advance), only credit notes can be issued if the service was not conducted. In case if customer has not processed full payment after receiving goods and services Camsec has a right to remove the installed system and void technical support/warranty

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER: If cancellation notice from your side is duly received by Camsec and the order has not been processed /approved by Camsec, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount except bank/card/online payment fees. Camsec will not be able to cancel orders that have already been shipped out by us installation of products has already started or services provided. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Camsec and accepts Camsec’s decision regarding this matter. If Camsec accepts order cancellation the following charges will be deductable from the amount paid by a customer: full quoted labor (scope of work), fitting materials, delivery, and payment provider’s fees (bank, card payment, Paypal fees).

INDEMNITY/LIABILITY LIMITATION: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Camsec & its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of Camsec products, services, its website or any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions.

EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY: We urge customers to study offered products (systems), and proposals at the time of purchase and select them carefully. No refund will be made if you change your mind after purchase for any reason. The customer can exchange his purchase within 7 days (subject to Camsec approval). If the same item is not available in stock the customer agrees to wait until stock arrives otherwise Camsec has a right to offer other item (s). In case of return credit note will be issued valid for 3 months (no cash refunds will be issued). In case a customer has placed a down payment against his purchase to book his goods, Camsec will issue a credit note on his request against the paid amount valid for 3 months. Exchange/return is subject to the condition of items and Camsec approval as per the below conditions:
  1. The decision on refund will vary on a case-to-case basis and there will be certain criteria for that: Unable to procure products: in a reasonable time (subject to location. Proof of purchase must be presented (invoice signed by Camsec rep or receipt). If the product is not available then a full refund will be made to the customer (if any charges occurred during this transaction such as delivery charges, payment processing fees, and labor they must be beard by the customer).
  2. The product refund is applicable only if the product is malfunctioning and not repairable upon receiving the malfunctioned unit back.
  3. The product will be refunded at the current prevailing price. The settlement of the refund will only be affected once the bank has refunded the money which is the next billing cycle from the date of application of refund (up to 4 weeks). Refund will be made through cheques for Online Card Payment. If the Customer wishes to receive his refund cheque with a courier or via Bank TT, he must bear the occurred charges (transfer fees, delivery charges).


REFUND CONDITIONS: You cannot return purchases if you change your mind or you don’t have use for purchased products. Provided that the merchandise is unused, should be in its original packaging (ie. with plastic, stickers, label, etc). & with consumables (CDs or DVDs, manual, quick installation guide), accessories (cables, charger, batteries, screw, etc.), a refund can be granted upon Camsec approval within 7 days after delivery. However, the normal delivery charge or any other charges that occur during purchase will be charged to the Customer. Please keep your items with their complete full box and inside packing if you intend to refund any items within the conditions below. Defective goods (with manufacturing defects) must be sent to Camsec within 7 days, a replacement with the same piece (after receiving the defective piece) will be granted upon Camsec’s approval. The cost of sending the item via a courier back to Camsec must be barred by a customer.

WARRANTY: Warranty terms are specified in an invoice. Warranty applies to components that failed due to manufacturing defects. Should there be any problems with the product, you need to deliver the item to the Camsec office where a trained person will check the item and it takes 3 working days. If the item is repairable it will be sent to the manufacturer for repair (the repair period is subject to the manufacturer and might take up to 2 months). The warranty offers repair/replacement of defective components within the warranty period but DOES NOT offer a refund, exchange, or upgrade. User errors, accidents, or acts of God are not covered by the warranty. If the item is abused, handled improperly, dropped, stepped on, chewed off by a pet, etc. the damage will NOT be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If the item is not repairable you will receive a replacement covered by the same warranty policy issued at the time of initial purchase (no extended warranty is applied). Any product misuse will void the warranty. All products shipped by us have gone through our quality control checkpoints and are deemed to be functional when shipped or delivered in case of installation.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Camsec provides its best technical support to its customers: answering technical questions via phone, email, online thru remote sessions. Site visits are subject to the sole discretion of Camsec and chargeable depends on location. In the case of the installation of a Wi-Fi IP camera system. it’s the customer’s responsibility to provide a good strong Wi-Fi signal reaching a camera(s), and power sockets within 1.5 to 3m. If the Wi-Fi signal cannot be extended to cameras, a customer will be offered to have cameras hard-wired. If Camsec installs networking devices on the customer’s site it’s only for getting a Wi-Fi signal from a router to a camera and doesn’t cover other network issues of the Customer’s site. If the Customer changes his/her router within the support period after Camsec installation and cameras require reconfiguration the service will be paid (remote online session or site visit). Camsec is not responsible for the 3rd parties’ devices (smartphones, tablets, PCs, monitors, apps, software, operating systems used for remote viewing) & Internet providers’ limitations. In case of product misuse by a customer, not following Camsec technical support recommendations on the installed system Camsec has a right to void any further support.
